強調四流與整合之供應鏈管理系：銜接高職的商業概論，供應鏈分成四流（商流、資訊流、金流及物流）vs. 企業分成五管（產銷人發財）。 The supply chain management system emphasizing the four streams and integration: linking up with the business introduction of higher vocational education, the supply chain is divided into four streams (business flow, information flow, cash flow, and logistics) vs. the enterprise is divided into five streams (producers and salesmen get rich).

發展具有海洋特色的水產品供應鏈、綠色供應鏈及緊急運籌，強調跨組織合作，協助台灣傳統產業的供應鏈發展與管理。 To develop aquatic product supply chains with marine characteristics, green supply chains and emergency logistics, emphasizing inter-organizational cooperation, and assisting the development and management of supply chains for traditional industries in Taiwan.
